TTV Racing Clutch & Flywheel
The kit consists of:
* Lightweight Steel Flywheel
* Organic Friction Plate
* Clutch Cover
* Clutch Cover To Flywheel Mounting Bolts
Unfortunately the standard ST170 dual mass flywheels normally require changing at between 60,000 and 80,000 miles – they retail at approximately £800.00 just for the flywheel! This kit has been specifically designed to allow you to fit a ‘solid’ flywheel and eliminate the associated problems of a dual mass unit. The benefits include:
* Reduction in weight (down to 5.3Kg!) – this allows the engine to ‘rev’ faster and cleaner
* A sprung friction plate to still ensure a nice drive and bite when pulling away
This clutch is rated to around 250 bhp and 250 lb/ft torque – for vehicles running power and torque in excess of these figures, please feel free to contact me to discuss alternatives.
As you can clearly see in the pictures, the quality of machining is exceptional – both on the face and for the 36-1 crank position trigger on the rear.
